About the event

After 20 years in Product Strategy & Innovation, I was feeling lost within my chosen career.

Every day at work felt heavy, it had lost all purpose and meaning.

I seemed like I was living a work-life I didn't love anymore—The joy had vanished, and I was really unhappy.

Nothing changes if nothing changes - right?

Despite my fears and doubts, I decided to take a leap of faith and set forth on my career change journey.

Today, I stand as a confident and fulfilled woman who successfully navigated (my second) career shift after turning 40.

I'm now the Founder of The Inkling Effect - delivering Strengths, Executive and Career Coaching to curious professionals (like you!).

There is a BIG chunk of of my Career Shift I haven't shared:

- That it took me 10 years to achieve this second career change.

- I would stop and start multiple times.

- I was paralysed by imposter syndrome.

- Multiple times I decided to 'suck it up' and stay where I was, and

- I became a certified coach (and was coaching on the side) during this time... and it still wasn't obvious to me that this was my next move!

I want you to avoid all of this.

Whilst I achieved a successful outcome eventually, no one needs to take the squiggly path I did (nor do those close to you!).

Priming yourself for this change will ensure that.

Which is the focus of this Zoom Workshop.

In the workshop I have packaged together:

- The key Ah-ha moments I experienced along my career shift;

- What I wish I knew before I started;

- The power of self reflection, and knowing yourself - REALLY well;

- Some career coaching exercises (from the Firework Career Coaching Framework I use) to get you thinking, and closer to ready;

- A heads-up about the internal head-wars you will encounter (from your saboteurs!); and

- What kept me motivated and committed.

Like a marathon runner who engages a coach to achieve their goal, you too will feel more confident and prepared for orchestrating your successful career shift.

I'm looking forward to inspiring you!
