Are you ready for a Career trade-up, from money to meaning?

I am an example of this trade-up.
It wasn't graceful. It wasn't planned. It hit me twice, at two very different points in my life.
The First Hit
The first time was before I fell pregnant with my first child. I experienced severe burnout — the genuine, stop-you-in-your-tracks kind.
It forced me to stop and really question what mattered. (I talk more about this in Episode 1 of The Inkling Effect Podcast, if you're curious.)
With enforced time off to think, I started asking myself hard questions. I realised how much of myself — my time, my energy, my wellbeing — I had been pouring into work that gave very little back.
The Second Hit
The second time it resurfaced was on maternity leave with my first child, in my mid-thirties. Stronger this time. Impossible to ignore.
Up until then, I'd been driven almost entirely by reward and climbing the corporate ladder. Salary. Title. "Achievement" as the workplace defines it.
But suddenly I was searching for something completely different — work that left me, and the people around me, feeling genuinely positive.
Work that helped others. Work that meant something.
The Trade-Up
I have now made that trade-up. Successfully.
I also know first-hand how many people don't — not because they don't want to, but because they don't know where to start, or they're too afraid of what they might lose along the way.
They usually find their way to me eventually, as clients, once "someday" has stopped feeling like enough of an answer.
If You're Sitting in That Space Right Now
Wanting to trade up from money to meaning, but unsure how — that's exactly where I help people start.
Not by blowing everything up overnight, but by getting clear on what "meaning" actually looks like for you, and building a real path toward it.
I'd love to help you figure it out.
